The Out and About Peninsula Senior transportation program offers two services. The personal volunteer driver service provides two (2) individual rides per month for non-emergency medical appointments and necessary errands located up to 25 miles for persons living in 92107, 92106 and areas of 92110 zip codes.  We request that clients please call when they make their medical appointment and that it be no more than one week in advance for this service. Rides are donation based. If you would like to donate, you may donate directly to Peninsula Shepherd Center.

 

The Out and About Peninsula Senior daily van shuttle service is available 5 days per week, Tuesday-Friday and on Sunday for church services.  The van shuttle takes clients on local errands, to local shopping centers, local doctor’s appointments and on social outings.  We ask clients to call at least one day in advance by noon for this service.  There is a suggested $5 donation payable on the van shuttle for each round trip.

 

The membership fee which includes both of these programs $85 a year.
